On 22 August 2025, Eco Tourism Bali had the privilege to be part of HR Association Bali’s HRCON 2025, one of the most anticipated gatherings for people leaders in the region. With the theme “Purpose-Centric Leadership: Harnessing People Potential for Sustainable Impact”, the conference brought together ministers, CEOs, industry leaders, and changemakers to share their vision of a more sustainable and human-centered future.

We are especially proud that our COO, Ibu Rahmi Fajar Harini, was invited as one of the distinguished speakers. In her session, she highlighted the importance of people empowerment in shaping sustainable hospitality practices. At Eco Tourism Bali, we believe that sustainability is not only about the environment, but also about how organizations nurture, develop, and inspire the people who drive change from within.
